{"id":107,"date":"2007-01-01T00:01:32","date_gmt":"2007-01-01T00:01:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jpyro.com\/wp\/?p=107"},"modified":"2018-03-25T14:34:27","modified_gmt":"2018-03-25T14:34:27","slug":"site-in-progress-please-do-not-purchase-anything-at-present","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jpyro.co.uk\/?p=107","title":{"rendered":"Welcome to the Journal of Pyrotechnics Archive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Welcome to the online archives of the Journal of Pyrotechnics and the Pyrotechnic Literature Series.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All JPyro articles and the Pyrotechnic Literature Series articles have now been uploaded to this site &#8211; indeed, for the Journal of Pyrotechnics articles this site will now be the primary means of publication &#8211; with a hard copy omnibus edition available early in the year following electronic publication.\u00a0 This allows us to publish articles quickly and have them available to the pyrotechnic community earlier than by hard copy alone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When you purchase an article or subscribe to the archive<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> it is essential that you return to the archive from the PayPal page<\/span><\/strong><strong>.\u00a0 Please ensure that you complete your transaction with PayPal and return to the archive for your subscription to be activated.\u00a0 When you then go to the paper you have purchased you will see that the &#8220;PayPal&#8221; buttton has been replaced with a &#8220;Download&#8221; button.\u00a0 If you have problems accessing the paper please <a href=\"mailto:tom@carndu.com?subject=Purchase%20Query\">email us<\/a> with details of the purchase (date\/time\/article number) and we will resolve it as soon as possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There are a number of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jpyro.co.uk\/?cat=24\">FREE<\/a> downloads on the site &#8211; check the categories menu on the right hand side.\u00a0 In general <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jpyro.co.uk\/?cat=32\">book reviews<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jpyro.co.uk\/?cat=34\">comments on previous articles<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jpyro.co.uk\/?cat=30\">errata<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jpyro.co.uk\/?cat=31\">Electronic Supplementary Information (ESI)<\/a> are free, whereas <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jpyro.co.uk\/?cat=2\">full papers, communications<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jpyro.co.uk\/?cat=37\">book articles<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jpyro.co.uk\/?cat=8\">copies of entire issues<\/a> are charged for via PayPal &#8211; either by individual subscription to a single paper, to an entire issue, or unlimited access to the whole archive.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jpyro.co.uk\/?page_id=26\">Click here<\/a> for more information.<\/li>\n<li>Most pages allow you to make comments on the papers.\u00a0 Please note that all comments are moderated and will not be published if inappropriate<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jpyro.co.uk\/?cat=6\">EVENTS<\/a> section is for information only &#8211; please contact the organisers directly for more details.
