The Workshop had 41 registered participants from Germany, Poland, UK, USA, Israel, Turkey, Austria, Sweden, Finland and the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">This event received positive feedback from both participants and presenters.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">The following presentations have already been published elsewhere.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">M.
